- The organizers shall only provide one table and one chair per stall. All other logistical arrangements, electricity, including the security and storage of belongings after hours, shall be the sole responsibility of the stall holder. The organizers shall bear no responsibility for providing such facilities.
- Dosti Welfare Organization shall charge no fees for allocating stalls.
- Any activity that is anti-state, anti-religious, or otherwise prohibited under the laws of Pakistan shall be strictly forbidden. Any violation shall result in immediate removal from the festival premises.
- All stall holders shall be required to arrange garbage disposal boxes and shall maintain cleanliness in and around their designated stall areas. Non-compliance shall lead to revocation of stall allotment.
- The use of loudspeakers, playing of music, and performance of dance in the stall area is strictly prohibited.
- The location of each stall shall be allotted solely by the organizers, and no stall holder shall have any claim to a specific location.
- Any violation of the rules and regulations prescribed by the University of Peshawar or the festival management shall result in immediate eviction from the stall area without prior notice.
