The second edition of the Dosti Peshawar Literature Festival, held in February 2023 at the Institute of Education & Research, University of Peshawar, celebrated the theme “Globalizing the Local.” This five-day festival brought together 60,000+ visitors, creating a dynamic platform where local traditions, stories, and perspectives met global ideas and innovations. Through engaging discussions, the event highlighted how Peshawar’s unique heritage resonates beyond borders, cultivating a deeper understanding of its global significance
